A combination of techniques tailored to your needs and preferences.  A sampling of hot stone and aromatherapy treatments may also be incorporated if you desire.

Spot Treatment:                $35/30   $60/50
Gentle deep tissue work, focused attention to knots and areas of pain.  Perfect for athletes, injury recovery, and nagging sore spots.  Experience relief!

Got Your Back:                   $45/40
Just want a great back, neck, and shoulder massage?  This is the treatment for you!

Lymphatic Massage:          $55/50    $75/75
Lymphatic massage is gentle and promotes a healthy immune system.  This massage is ideal for people with swelling, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, sinus conditions, and people who experience signs of a sluggish immune system.  A great detoxifying treatment.

Reflexology:                      $35/30    $55/50
By stimulating points on the feet and/or hands that correspond to all organs and tissues of the body, reflexology helps to promote wellness, increased circulation, relaxation, and may help with symptom relief.

Pregnancy Massage:         $55/50
Experience bliss as your pregnancy aches and pains are massaged away with extra TLC to the spots you need it most.  Not recommended during the first trimester.

Hot Stone Massage:           $60/50    $80/75
Let a massage with heated stones melt away tension and stress.  You'll relax like never before!

The Couple's Massage:      $120/50 minutes $160/75 minutes (cost per couple)
Enjoy side-by-side relaxation as our therapists work out your knots and trouble spots and help you drift away.  Please allow extra time when scheduling.  It is easiest to schedule couple's massages on Tuesday mornings or afternoons, or Thursday afternoons or evenings.  Some weekends are available with extra notice.

30 Minute Soak:            $30 or 4/$100
Unwind in our relaxation area as you immerse your feet in a warm tub of ionized water.  Some of our clients say they find relief from arthritis pain, bruising, gout, sluggishness, and other bothersome symptoms. Contact us if you'd like to give it a try--your first soak is 1/2 off!

BODY TREATMENTS                    Price/minute

Body Contour Treatment      $40/35 minutes
You'll be cocooned in a blanket wrap to allow our detoxifying and invigorating body contour cream to penetrate your pores.  While you're wrapped, enjoy a face, scalp, and foot massage.

The Wine Wrap:                   $65/60
An antioxidant treatment made with champagne oil and grape skins to help revive mature skin.  The treatment ends with an application of champagne cream.

Play in the Mud Masque:      $65/60
Dead Sea mud helps to invigorate the body and ease joint and muscle aches.  This treatment includes a wrap and application of vitamin-rich cream.

The Back Masque:      $55/50
Dead Sea mud and heat from warmed stones help to ease back pain while you enjoy slow, deep work to your legs and feet.  Once the mud is removed with hot towels, you'll enjoy gentle deep tissue work to your back.
