The Loft Signature Massage:

The Loft signature massage is our most popular treatment for relaxation and pain relief.  We customize your treatment by blending elements from the following modalities based on your preferences and needs:

• Deep Tissue to ease pain from injuries and trigger points
• Myofascial Release to help with scar tissue and tightness
• Swedish to help promote relaxation and increase circulation
• Hot Stone (one or two stones) to loosen some of the tricky tight areas
• Lymphatic Drainage to help with swelling, digestion, sinus congestion, and sluggishness

The Pregnancy Massage:
50 min: $55/ 75 min: $75
The Pregnancy massage is ideal after the first trimester.  It is performed in a sidelying position and includes deep tissue work to the hips, back, and shoulders, lympatic drainage for to help with swelling, Swedish strokes for relaxation and circulation, and light reflexology to aid digestion.  Regular pregnancy massage can help the body prepare for an easier delivery.  This is the "calm before the storm!"

Custom Aromatherapy Body Wraps:
60 min: $65
Choose from one of the following:

• The Sinus Relief Wrap, which incorporates an organic lavender and eucalyptus wrap with a face, neck, and chest lymphatic drainage treatment and targeted reflexology to help ease sinus congestion and pain.
• The "Weight of the World" wrap which allows you to custom blend an aromatherapy wrap to help ease tension.  Enjoy a deep tissue neck and shoulder massage to loosen the knots caused by carrying the world on your shoulders and an invigorating foot massage to ease you back into reality.

The Hot Stone Massage:
50 min: $60/ 75 min: $80
Boost circulation, relieve tight spots, and ease into a deep state of tranquility as you're massaged with heated stones.  One of our most relaxing treatments.

Foot Reflexology:
30 min: $35/ 50 min: $55
Reflexology targets points on the feet that correspond to all of the organs, tissues, and parts of the body.  It is great for relaxation, circulation, and promoting emotional balance.  Expect to feel rejuvenated after your treatment!

The Couple's Massage:
50 min: $120/ 75 min: $160
The Couple's treatment allows you to relax side-by-side with a friend or loved one as you both enjoy a Loft Signature Massage customized to your needs and preferences.  Maggie and Cassie are usually able to coordinate schedules on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Some weekends appointments may also be available for couple's treatments.

EXPRESS SERIES (for those in a hurry):

The "Got your Back" Massage:
40 min: $45
Targeted relief for your back and neck.  This treatments blends deep tissue, myofascial release, and heated stones.

The Spot Treatment:
30 min: $35
The spot treatment is targeted relief for one or two trouble spots.  Have a nagging trigger point ("knot")?  A headache?  Low back or hip pain? Wrist or foot pain?  This is the perfect lunchbreak treatment to get you back on track so you can be more productive!

Hot Paraffin Hand Treatment
Hot wax helps to seal in moisture and ease soreness and joint discomfort in the hands.  You'll love it!

Custom Aromatherapy Oil or Cream
Work with your therapist to pick your own signature massage cream or oil with our therapeutic and organic essential oils.

Peppermint Foot Masque
Enjoy the contrast of a cooling peppermint masque and hot aromatherapy towels.  The masque is followed by a moisturizing minty foot balm to help soften rough spots.

15-minute Hot Stone Meditation
Hate getting up after a massage?  This is for you!  Relax on the table 15 extra minutes with warm stones on your face and abdomen, soothing music designed to help you meditate, and lavender oil to promote stress relief.
