Cassie Sampson
Cassie graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Recreation Therapy.  After managing and working in nursing home activity departments and seeing how caring touch and attention helped people, Cassie decided to pursue a career in Massage Therapy.  She graduated from Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School in 2005. 

Cassie has worked at Bondurant Family Chiropractic Center and The Spa at West Glen.  She opened The Loft in March, 2007 to combine her love of helping people with pain from injuries and providing relaxating and pampering treatments.  She feels people can enjoy the best of both worlds at The Loft!

When she isn't at work, Cassie volunteers for Basset Hound Rescues and plays with her own naughty hounds, teaches massage courses at Body Wisdom School, cooks delicious vegetarian dishes (well, mostly delicious...) to enjoy with friends and enjoys all that Des Moines has to offer with her husband, Matt.  Cassie is also pursuing her Master's Degree in Public Health from Des Moines University.

Maggie McGinnis
Maggie graduated from Body Wisdom School in the spring of 2007.  She further developed her massage skills working for Heartland Chiropractic and Wellness Center in Urbandale.  She joined The Loft in the spring of 2008 as a part-time therapist.

Maggie especially enjoys massage for pain relief and pregnant women.  She is currently studying to become a certified childbirth educator and is available to teach infant massage workshops.  Maggie also loves dogs, especially her beagle, Lowell B.
